What is the typical delivery time for furniture and home decor?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring freight delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Casa Shop ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, an email notification will be sent to you containing a tracking link. You can also log in to your Casa Shop account to view your order status in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options through Affirm for larger home investments.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item is damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a free replacement or refund.
